Harvest Data Management Scale System Bringing Cotton Research from the Field to the Computer

Master Scales’ Harvest Data Management System (AgData Express) is an innovative weighing system that has simplified cotton and grain test plot harvesting, reducing labor to the need for only 2 men; (1) for operating the cotton picker or combine, and  (1) to retrieve the sample. The harvest data management system is being successfully used by the leading seed producers and continually proves its accuracy and reliability through its use by the major seed research universities and institutions across the United States. AgData Express (available in single and dual scale models) is an electronic data recording package designed to automatically capture sample, collect plot weights, plot numbers and plot locations for replicated seed research plots. With the touch of a button the cotton/grain is weighed, plot data is recorded to file and printed, and cotton/grain is removed from the scale and ready to harvest the next plot. With the use of a microprocessor based data recorder the information is saved as a comma delimited format and easily downloads to any computer.
